Hello everyone!! My name is Brian, and this book is a collection of pictures I personally took with this camera while hiking to Everest Base Camp in Dec 2020. Due to the COVID pandemic, the trail was empty and quiet. You will never see them like this again. The peacefulness is something I can’t put into words, but the photographs will paint an amazing picture of the trails and their surrounding scenery.
I spend 24 days total in Nepal and I was one of the only visas approved to visit during these times. I met some of the greatest people in all of my travels. They welcomed me with open arms and made me feel right at home. I’m forever grateful to of had that opportunity with them on such a personal level.
Inside are 170 of the best photographs (72 pages) I took while on the trail, and they are unedited so you can appreciate the natural beauty of the mountains. These pictures are one of a kind, and the conditions required to get them probably won’t ever happen again. They are great!
100% of the net proceeds from the book (until April 30th) will go directly towards helping care for, feed, and find safe homes for animals in need!
I have chosen the charity below in Nepal after seeing verification that 100% of all donations they receive go directly to the cause. Please click the logo to learn more about everything they do.
I thank you in advance for your support and helping out a great cause. I have made it an electronic download to reduce costs, so you will receive it immediately after purchase.
Appreciate it,
Brian
Mt. Everest is the tallest mountain on earth, sitting at 29,032ft (8,848m)! The first person to reach the summit was actually a pair, Edmund Hilary and Tenzing Norgay in 1953. Since then, over 5,788 climbers have accomplished the same feat. Everest Base Camp sits at 17,584ft (5,364m) and is the highest you can go without a summit permit. These permits alone got over $60,000 and thats not including everything else!
There is a lot of incredible wildlife on the trails! Down lower you’ll see cows, deer, donkeys and horses. The yaks tend to stat above 4,000m and are a sight to see when they come by you in herds on the trail. There are also a lot of stray dogs along the way and I adopted one for my journey. There is a picture of him below.
I hope these photos inspire you to reach for greater heights in your own life. Every single one of you are capable of doing anything you set your mind to. Thank you once again for helping out the animals of Nepal. They will appreciate it.
